TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Before purchasing our items on our website, it is essential to read our T&Cs. By purchasing, you should have acknowledge our T&Cs.

We have the rights to change any of our T&Cs without prior notice.

PURCHASE & PAYMENTS

  • There will be an additional charge of $5 for mailing/packaging at the total bill if you did not purchase $10 and above.

 

  • Products has to be paid in full amount when making an order by PAYPAL(chamelonsg@gmail.comin the "checkout button", CREDIT AND DEBIT are accepted by paypal too. 

  • You can also opt to do offline payments by leaving a messagae above (items details, bank acc number, address) if you do not have any PAYPAL or CREDIT CARDS. 

 

  • We have the rights to not accept certain forms of payment methods.

 

  • CHAMELON is able to hold on your orders only within 48hours until we have fully recieved and verified the payment in full.

 

  • Customers are responsible to ensure you have paid either thru IBANKING/PAYPAL with a screenshot/photoproof to our email.

DELIVERY

  • After order confirmation and payments made, items will be delivered out within 3 working days. We are not responsible if SingPost make any delay to the item. 

 

  • CHAMELON will not be liable for any lost parcels or any damaged items.

 

  • Products will be delivered to the address stated in your confirmation order. We are not liable for any incorrect address we recieved. You are to check your particulars clearly before submitting your Confirmation Order. 

CANCELLATION

  • There is no cancellation of orders allowed after "checkout".

 

  • If you note that you have made an mistake with your Order, you are to contact chamelonsg@gmail.com immediately. We are not guaranteed if your order is able to ammend in accordance. 

GUARANTEES 

  • We are 100% reliable, we do not scam. However, we are not 100% responsible to any items damage during delivery, as we are 100% honest in all item's conditions before packaging. 

 

  • All of our items are in limited stocks in online only.

 

  • Items that are displayed online may differ the colour you see personally, hence, we are not responsible if you purchase the wrong colour.

EXCHANGE & REFUNDS

Items are not allowed to be exchange or refund in any of our outlet stores or through online. As stated we are not reponsible for damage items during delivery.
